Jenae Giles began dancing at the age of 12 while attending Thomas Pullen Creative and Performing Arts school. With her eyes on the stage as a drama major, she decided to take a dance class and never looked back. She then went on to study ballet, modern, and jazz at Atiya Center for Performing Arts while dancing with her High School’s competitive dance team. Jenae attended Hampton University where she graduated with a B.S. in Accounting. While a student at Hampton, she began her professional dance career as a member of the Terpsichorean Dance Company and later teaching at the Children’s Community Dance Program where she taught ballet, modern and jazz and tap. Upon graduation, Jenae returned home continuing to study dance at various studios in the area as well as teaching dance classes at local studios in her community. Jenae believes that sharing her passion for the arts is a gift she was born to give.
